At Paul Baker Insurance Services, we love it when our phones are ringing! If you have ever had a quote from us or renewed a policy then there is high chance that you will have already dealt with either Paul, Luke or Jenny.
Jacquie handles our claims – we hope you will never have to speak to her but if you do then I am sure you will be impressed. Sarah can assist you if you want to renew a policy or she may handle your claim if Jacquie is on holiday (Turkey or Egypt… every time!)
If we are all busy helping other customers then your call will be answered by a receptionist from Messagelink who will ask for your details and arrange for one of our team to call you back. We aim to get back to you as soon as possible. You will never be sat on hold, waiting to get through – we all know how annoying that can be.
Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm so any calls outside of this time will be answered by Messagelink and a call back will be arranged during office hours. Mondays and Friday tend to be busy – but we don’t mind that at all and we appreciate your patience if it takes us a little longer to get back to you.
