Handling your payment securely

I am sure we have all heard horror stories about credit and debit cards being cloned and money being taken from bank accounts by scammers. Sadly, there are people out there that will look to commit these criminal acts. Most banks and credit card providers will now have measures in place to reimburse you – should the worst happen!

We want you to feel safe and secure any time that you make a payment to Paul Baker Insurance Services. It is important that you feel comfortable when dealing with us and we take every step to make sure that each transaction is as secure as possible.

We accept bank transfers and cheques as well as most major credit and debit cards. We have the facility to turn off our call recordings when you give us card details over the phone – an additional measure for your peace of mind and protection.

We will only ever automatically renew your policy if you pay by monthly instalments but before doing so you will receive our renewal invitation providing full details of the new premium..

Remember, if you are ever suspicious about someone asking for your bank details over the phone, err on the side of caution, do not give any information and call them back. If the caller is genuine then they will have no problem with this. Stay alert and stay secure!
