As we enter another national lockdown we would just like to reassure all our customers, and potential customers, that despite the challenging circumstances in which we all find ourselves in it is very much business as usual for us at Paul Baker Insurance Services.
The majority of staff are now working from home and fortunately our telephone and IT systems are fully functional on this basis so customers should not experience any reduction in the high levels of customer service we always seek to deliver.
One area which may be affected is in dealing with claims simply because some contractors are reducing their capacity or experiencing problems getting parts, this may also have an impact in the delivery of the 24 hour Home Emergency Assistance Service due to the difficulty in accessing tradesmen.
Rest assured we shall always do the very best we can, lets hope we can all return to some sense of normality in the coming months.
